Will Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit RM-156-25 Keep Battery In 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid From Dying

Question:
I have a 2009 Tioga Ranger Class C motorhome and I recently flat towed my 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid approved by FOMOCO with the key on acc and the transmission in neutral. I have an NSA tow bar with a Surge Brake. Most of the time at the end of a towing day the Fusion car battery was dead. I would then put a trickle charge or quick charge on the battery to revive it. The car battery is a Super Start Extreme Battery Group 67R. I have a 6 pin Roadmaster plug-in on the front of the Fusion for the motorhome umbilical. The center pin is unused and shows a 13 volt current. Is the kit RM-156-25 the right choice for me.

The Roadmaster battery charge line kit # RM-156-25 you were looking at will be correct for your 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid.
This kit will get connected to the center pin of the 6-way connector installed on the front of your vehicle. This will allow the 12v power pin on your 2009 Tioga Ranger Class C Motorhome to keep the battery on your Fusion from going dead while it is being flat towed.
