Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms Item # 118-1 is a confirmed fitting base plate for your 1994 Geo Tracker and to attach it to your Reese tow bar you'll need the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter # RM-025.
To flat tow you'll also need a braking system, tow bar wiring, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:
Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # HM39524. This system provides intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking using the remote from the comfort of your RV.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: If you want to have a one time setup you can use the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154. It will splice into your vehicle's wiring and use its tail lights to signal. Since it stays in your vehicle, you'll be able to plug right in and go.
If you don't mind running the cables every time you tow then you can use the Tow Ready Magnetic Tow Lights # PE26UR. Easily install temporary lights on your towed Geo Tracker. Lights provide stop, turn, and tail light functions. Plug into the 4-way flat connector at the rear of your RV or tow Geo Tracker. Large, magnetic bases keep lights stable after mounting.
Safety Cables: Curt Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables with S-Hooks Item # C80136. The coiled design will prevent the cables from dragging on the ground and becoming damaged.
