It sound like you need a base plate kit for your 1994 Geo Tracker in order to attach a tow bar for flat towing. If that is the case then the RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter part # RM-033 will not work in this manner as it is designed to adapt a RoadMaster base plate to a Blue Ox or Demco tow bar. If you have such then the hardware that you need is included.
Instead you are going to want to use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX3503 if you have a Blue Ox tow bar, the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit part # DM9518016 if you have a Demco tow bar, or the RoadMaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit part # 118-3 if you have a RoadMaster tow bar. These base plate kits all attach to the vehicle's frame and then allow for connection to a tow bar.
