I have a Atwood 61101 actuator on a 2004 ez loader trail I would like to know what master cylinder I need

I have a complete replacement surge brake actuator option for you, but unfortunately since Atwood has been out of business for quite some time there is not a replacement master cylinder available for the Atwood 61101 actuator on your 2004 EZ Loader Boat Trailer.
Instead I recommend replacing it with the Dexter DX7.5 # 099-175-20 if your trailer has Disc brakes, or the # 099-175-00 if your trailer has Drum brakes. Both of these options bolt on to standard 3" wide tongues and have mounting holes that are 3" apart making them very easy to install.
The # 099-175-00 does not include an electric reverse lockout solenoid like the # 099-175-20 does, so you will also need the reverse lockout solenoid # T4748800 if you go with that actuator.
