@Beverly The GR84FR has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Since then Lippert purchased Greystone from WAY Interglobal and has integrated it into their Furrion brand. I would check with Lippert and see if maybe they got any stock on replacement remotes in the acquisition or if they've got a replacement option that is compatible.
