Replacement Fireplaces For Greystone 36 Fireplace With Lost Remote

Question:

Im looking for a replacement remote for a Greystone Electric Fireplace M# W36BCFW-1. All I can seem to find is M# W36BCFW. Is there a difference between the two and if so do you have the remote I need for the W36BCFW-1?

I reached out to Lippert who acquired Greystone and they confirmed the Remote # LC22TF is not compatible with your fireplace. This is mainly as they have discontinued most the Greystone items since they already have the Furrion line. You should consider replacing your fireplace with one of the 40" Furrion units depending on your space.
