How hard is it to tow a 2004 jeep Grand Cherokee limit

It is pretty easy to flat tow your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, as long as it is a 4WD model and does not have the Quadra-Trac I.
You will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, and supplemental braking system.
I recommend going with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1121 as it will blend in very well to the front of your Jeep so when you are not flat towing, you will hardly notice the base plate is there.
For a compatible tow bar I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,500 lbs # BX7380 due to its non-binding arms which allow you to quickly and easily unhook your Jeep from your tow vehicle even when you are parked on un-even terrain. This tow bar includes safety cables so you will not need to purchase them separately.
Moving on to tow bar wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which has a 6-way connector that will get installed on the front of your Jeep, and the included 6-way to 7-way cord will plug into the 7-way connector on your tow vehicle to power the lights of your Jeep. The included diodes will prevent any power from back feeding into your factory wiring and causing issues.
Next for a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which is very easy to install as it just sits in the floor board of your Jeep, and when you are done flat towing you just remove it. Since it gets completely removed it can be used in multiple towed vehicles if needed.
Lastly you may need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle so I have included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.
I also recommend looking in the owner's manual of your Jeep in the recreational towing section for any special steps required to make your Jeep ready to be flat towed.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
