Manufacturers do not list the wiper seals they use on their RV's and there seems to be 100+ designs of wiper seals so to determine what seal you need you'll need to pull a small portion of it off and look at from the side to match it up to the correct one. The Top Lip Push On Rubber Wiper Seal for RV Slide Out - 15' Long x 2-1/2" wide Item # SR58FR you linked to is a push on design whereas others can be slid into different types of channels or glued/stuck on. If you need help searching for the correct fit just send a picture from the side of your seal so I can determine the design.
