Will the etrailer Hitch # e98848 Fit My 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid EXL?

Question:

In the description of the hitches for the CRV Hybrid it says they will fit 2021 CRV, but then theres a note that says: excluding Hybrid and Hybrid Touring. I want to use the hitch for a bike rack but want to confirm the hitch will is indeed compatible with a CRV Hybrid EXL. Thank you,
