Can 2018 Cadillac XT5 be Towed on a Tow Dolly

Can I tow this suv on a dolly. Because its the premium addition it has 3 modes touring front wheel drive. AWD and sport awd

I pulled up the owners manual of your 2018 Cadillac XTS and on page 317 it gives instructions on how to safely tow your vehicle with a tow dolly and there's no exclusions for AWD models like you have so you could tow it with a dolly like the Roadmaster part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced.

Following up on Edwards question above. I have the same vehicle 2018 Cadillac XT5. After reviewing my owners manual, says to put vehicle in park once on the tow dolly. Does not say to put car in neutral while towing. I assume vehicle stays in park while towing as the 2 rear wheels are on the ground and are free so no damage to transmission this way?

@Victoe Yes what you described is correct. Your owners manual would have the exact process you would need to follow and not damage anything.

@JamesonC Thank you. I just needed verification since my owners manual says to put vehicle in park when on the tow dolly and apply E brake. Once rmvehicle is secure on tow dolly manual says to release E brake and does not say anything about leaving it in park while towing. This was trowing me off

@Victor Makes sense! Yeah I can see how that's a little confusing. Last thing you want to do is miss an important step and have a transmission issue.
