The Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack part # TV64FR comes with a footplate only. There isn't an exact fit wheel option for this jack but there are likely other options that will work. That said, these wheels reduce the lift/support capacity of the jack quite substantially.
The Removable, 6" Poly Caster Assembly part # JC-101 would be a compatible add-on wheel option limited to 1,200 lbs.
