How is the hitch attached to the under bed frame of the pick-up truck?

The Curt gooseneck trailer hitch # C615-632 bolts to rails included with the installation kit and the rails are attached to brackets that bolt to the outside of the truck frame rails. I have included a link to the instructions for you and a picture that is basically a diagram showing how it attaches to the truck.
