Question:
looking to build an overlanding trailer to pull offroad with my jeep jk. ive got some 17 inch jeep wheels with 32 inch tires i would like to use. Can i use wheel adapters for the 1200lb axle less kit to do this? is it ok to use tire this large?

I would not trust the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System ASR1200S01 to be used as an overlanding trailer with those large jeep wheels. I have included a picture that shows what I believe to be a failure point with this suspension. With that narrow point I would fear that a large bump may cause it to bend with the weight and larger wheels.
I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR1THDS02. It has a higher weight capacity at 2,200lbs and larger axle spindles. It also has a 8-1/2" hub face to frame measurement giving you more clearance. The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 84550UC1-EZ includes all the parts necessary to attach them to the spindle. And the 5 on 5" lug pattern will more likely fit your Jeep wheels as that is the common bolt pattern used on Jeep wheels.
You may still need a spacer or adapter to get your wheel exactly where you like it but this is the route that I recommend going.
