The return springs in landing gear jacks are not replaceable or repairable unfortunately so if you have the # TJD-12000SP-R2NH.

To repair a Ram Series 12000 jack, like #TJD-12000SP-R2, we have the Gear Kit #TJD-12000-GR or the Replacement Rod and Nut #TJD-12000-RODNUT. Or you could need both. I just depends on what the problem is exactly.
