Will this product fit my truck if I already have a BandW turnover ball installed?

Since the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1384 you have installed in your 2016 Ram 2500 does not mount to the bottom of the frame rail you can absolutely install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2598 you were looking at and you will have no fitment issues.

The # F2598 gives your truck 5000lbs of load leveling support which can fine tuned to the load you are carrying or towing by adjusting the air pressure in the helper springs between 5-100 PSI.

To keep from having to manually inflate the helper springs each time you are ready to carry a heavy payload or tow a trailer I recommend an on-board air compressor. I like the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor - Wireless - Smartphone Enabled - Single Path # F2610 as it allows you to adjust the air pressure using your smartphone via an app and will not require you to mount a bulky analog gauge inside of your cab like other systems.
