Can I Carry Both a Bike Rack and Cargo Carrier On The Receiver Of My 1994 Chevrolet Van?

HI I have Thule 515-5173 and want to add a cargo carrier. Is there a cargo carrier with a receiver that I could add this bike rack to the back of,, or would this or other dual-hitch do the trick?

This will give you the ability to carry up to 700lbs of tongue weight and will spread out your Thule bike rack and a 60x24 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874. Be sure not to exceed the vehicle or receiver weight capacity on your 1994 Chevrolet Van.
The etrailer Cargo Bag w/ Mounting Straps # 988501 will help to keep your cargo clean and dry while you travel.
The Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544 that you were looking at is only capable of supporting 400lbs of tongue weight. And I have yet to see a cargo carrier that has a receiver on the back of it.
