In order to carry kayaks on a 2021 Jeep Gladiator (Hard Top) you'll need to start with a roof rack. For this, I recommend the Exposed Racks Roof Rack part # ER77FR. This system simply clamps onto the gutters and then provides two crossbars capable of carrying up to 165 lbs evenly distributed. In order to secure kayaks to this, j-style carriers will be best for multiple kayaks. I recommend two sets of the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carriers part # TH834.
