The Replacement Lock Cylinder for BOLT Toolbox Latch # BL7023482 is specific to Toyota keys.

For your 2021 Ford F-150 that has the side cut key you will need the Replacement Lock Cylinder for BOLT Toolbox Latch # BL7025636. Remember that this lock cylinder will only program to 1 key and can not be reprogrammed for a different key.
