The part number that you linked to, # RM-576 is for the Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar. I am guessing you probably have the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit, # RM-521567-4 for your 2013 Honda CR-V. Please verify before ordering.
