I had a dealer install the OEM Class 1 hitch with the trim panel, connector and relocated sensor for the lift gate. Will your Class 3 hitch fit with the OEM trim panel so as to look like the Class 1 hitch, only with a 2” receiver?

I have a solution for you. While the Curt Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2" Hitches # C95CR will fit your 2020 Acura RDX, it will be more exposed than your factory hitch you have installed now on your vehicle. Unfortunately, there are no photos of # C95CR installed on your vehicle on our website, the manufacturer website, or the instruction manual. However, I did attach a photo of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76268 (this hitch is also compatible with your vehicle) with the OEM trim. The Curt hitch will have an almost identical look as the Draw-Tite hitch.
