I'm needing a trailer hitch for my 2021 Acura RDX, but I'd like it to be as hidden as possible. Is there something like that available?

Unfortunately, all the hitches available for the 2021 Acura RDX would be pretty visible from the rear.
I'd recommend going with the US made Curt Class III hitch, part # C95CR.
if you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a few other items to complete your towing setup. You'll need a trailer wiring harness, part # 118800, a # 2753 ball mount and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
