Replacement Brakes Winch and Jack for 1991 Four Winns 200 Horizon Boat Trailer

Question:

Not if I replace winch, jack and rehab the brakes and wheel bearings if it would be cheaper to buy a new trailer. Trailer has been seating for 7 years

The Fulton # F1413040134 F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack would be a good choice if the trailer's tongue weight is less than 1600 lbs.

From what I was able to find online, the 1991 Four Winns 200 Horizon boat trailer used a standard 3500 lb axle which features spindles compatible with the L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearing and 10-19 grease seal. For replacement brake assemblies, you'll need # AKEBRK-35-SA for electric brakes or # AKUBRK-35-D for hydraulic brakes. For replacement hub/drums, I'd recommend # AKHD-545-35-G-K for standard or
# AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K for E-Z lube spindles. The hub/drums feature a galvanized coating tor additional corrosion resistance.

For a winch, I'd recommend the Fulton # F59CR 1500 lb capacity winch which includes a 20 foot strap.
