Question:

I installed the rear tie downs the my torklift reciever on my 2021 RAM 3500 dually. Could not get the factor fold down step back in place due to hitting the installed tie down. Is there a remedy, part etc to rectify this?

The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear Item # TLR3510 is competing for the same space as the step so unfortunately there isn't a work around for this tie down. Instead you could replace the steps that bolt onto the wall of the camper like the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear - 3 Steps - 375lbs - Black Bracket Item # TLA7833.

There are a few different options depending on the entry height of your camper which you can see in the chart I've attached.
