2002 Alumaweld Boat Rogue Trailer Hubs Replacement

Question:
Will AKIHUB 545 35 G EZ K galvanized hubs fit on my Alumaweld boat Rogue Trailer. The ID plate indicates RT 22 - 4000Afoot which I take as a 4000# load rating over the four 14inch wheels. My spindle outer bearing journal is 1.0610 ID, the inner bearing journal is 1.3745 ID, and the Grease seal journal is 1.7275 ID. The Trailer Buddy axles are torsion mounted. My best measurement for the hub bolt spacing dia. is 4-1/4 Thanks for your help
