I was able to find the weight for you of the Curt A30 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C16070, which is 145 lbs.
The head unit is nearly 100 lbs with the legs making up the rest of the weight. And while it's heavy, there is a 1-pin removal system for the head unit to make it somewhat easier to remove the hitch from your truck bed, though a helper would likely be a good idea.
