Will The Buyers Product Storage Box 3371712240 Be Able To Open Properly On My Trailer?

Question:

I have to mount the box inside my BigTex 77X14foot trailer. The top of the rail is exactly 14. With the box mounted inside the trailer as far forward as possible, will the latches clear the 14inch rail to open and close?

The Buyers Products Utility Storage Box - Black - 44" x 19" x 17-1/4" # 3371712240 has inside height of 15-1/2", not including the lid. This tells us that even if you pushed the container all the way forward against your 14" tall rail on your trailer, the box would still sit higher than the rail and allow you to open the hinged lid. The total height of this box is 17-1/4". I attached a demonstration video which also shows these measurements to give you more insight.
