The # e34FR Square Tube 2-Speed Jack features two input shafts, and you'd swap the handle back and forth depending on whether you want to use high or low gear as shown in the provided photo.

Hey Seth, yes we do have a hub/drum that fits the etrailer 7k axle part #e95GR with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern with the part #AKHD-655-6-EZ-K.
