Drivers side taillights don’t work on the van passenger side works fine is it the ground

There's a slight possibility that the ground could be causing the problem, but it's morel likely that the T-Connection of the # C56331 on the driver's side isn't fully connected. You'll need to make sure that connection is fully seated and the red tab on the connector is pushed back into place. If the connection isn't fully seated, it would indeed cause the problem you mentioned.
As far as the ground connection is concerned, make sure that the ground wire is grounded to clean metal on the vehicle chassis as shown in the linked video.
