Question:

I have the Atwood G6A-7 water heater in my Trailer. I am looking for a tankless water heater w/ door that will replace my current water heater without having to make modifications to the trailer.

The closest tankless water heater to the size of your current cutout is the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 60,000 BTU Item # FR93FR 12-5/8L x 12-13/16W x 19-3/16D but it requires an extra 1/8" in height and 1-3/16" in depth.

If you don't have the depth then the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - White Item # LSB64FR ( # LSB44FR for black ) has a cutout size of 13" wide x 13" tall x 17-3/4" deep so you'll have to cut an extra half inch in height for this to fit. This will require a pressure relief valve Item # CAM10423.

Both units will require modifications to the camper so depending on the amount your willing to cut both are great options. The Furrion however offers a higher BTU rating.
