Question:

Hey guys I notice in your note it says that this may not fit in some 2inch factory receiver. My question is will this work for factory 2inch receiver ?

Some factory 2 inch trailer hitches like on HD Chevy/GMC trucks and some import trucks have a larger outside width than regular 2 inch receivers. The span on the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, # e98882, is 2-9/16 inches. The average outside width of a 2 inch receiver is 2-1/2 inches so this lock would fit flush on the average 2 inch receiver.

For the thicker 2 inch OEM hitches you could use # e98881 which has a span of 3-5/8 inches.
