The strut hardware for my mor ride step above broke and caused the steps to come crashing down. I need to know how to replace the hardware ?

I spoke with the manufacturer tech and they stated the part that broke for you is replaced with the Replacement 2 Piece Ball-Stud Parts Kit for MORryde Strut Assist StepAbove RV Steps Item # MR29UR.
