Question:

My old Dometic Micro/Convection oven has two long screws above the door on each side that screw to a mounting template on the back of the wall. Most ovens screw from the top, but I do not have this option. How does this item fixed to the wall, is it top screws or front screws like my Dometic oven?

The Greystone Standard RV Microwave w/ Trim Kit - 1,350 Watts - 0.9 Cu Ft - Stainless Steel, # 324-000106, or in black, # 324-000105, installs by way of setting on a shelf or in a cabinet not mounted from top such as you are describing your current arrangement. There is a trim piece that is then secured to either side using the four mounting holes located on the outside of the trim piece (see photo). This is not the of unit that is designed to be installed hanging under a cabinet or shelf but in set in one and secured from the sides.
