Question:
will this work if my leaf springs are under the axel vrs the top..my deck is on top of my wheels ?

According to Roadmaster, their # RM-2470-2580 Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks can indeed be used with underslung axles (spring pack mounted below axle beam).
