what is the center-line distance between the holes, in both directions? thanks

The distance between the holes of the U-Bolt Plate part # 117581 are 3-1/2 inches long ways and 2 inches short ways measured from closest part of the hole to closest part of the other hole since this is designed to fit a 3-1/2 inch diameter axle and a 2 inch wide spring.
