The Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 Ultimate for a 2020 Ram 2500, part # AL88289 is compatible with an in-bed 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch, as confirmed by Air Lift.
You might also be interested in an on-board compressor kit like # AL74000EZ that would allow you to adjust the pressure in the system using a wireless remote control from the cab of the truck. This would allow you to adjust the pressure in the system according to the quality of the pavement you're encountering or the load in the trailer while you're rolling down the road.
