I have a set of good legs from a Curt A20 5th wheel hitch but no hitch head. Can I upgrade and mount a Curt Q20 hitch head onto my Curt A20 hitch legs?

I checked with Curt for you, and the head unit of the Curt Q20 is not compatible with the legs of the Curt A20 as they mount differently.
So what you would need instead is the head unit of the A20, which is the Replacement Head Unit for Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16540.
