Can I use the standard A20 on my Ram 2500 64 box with pucks if I am using the Turning Point pin box or would I be better served with the Anderson Ultimate. Also what is the A20 total weight please? Thank you.

The Curt A20 fifth wheel hitch part # C16044 that fits the OEM rail kit of your 2016 Ram 2500 would be a really great option for your short bed truck towing a trailer with a Turning Point pin box. You will want the wedge part # C16992 as well and you'd be set.
Andersen Ultimate adapters aren't terrible but they are not ideal for your situation as they can't be used with pivoting pin boxes.
