I have another option for you, but the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty - 25,000 lbs # RP30138-26 you were looking at only fits the 2011-2016 Ford F-250/350/450 trucks and will not fit your 2020 Ford F-250.
Instead you will need the Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # RP39FR which is confirmed to fit your truck.
This will work with the Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch you have as long as it is the # C16530-16017 with the legs for the Ford OEM Prep Package.
If your Q20 has does not have the legs for the Ford OEM Prep Package you will need to replace them with the # C16017 which will allow your hitch to fit into the # RP39FR without the need of an adapter.
