2021 Micro Minnie Slide Out Topper Recommendations

Question:

I wanted to verify what slide cover I should order for my 2021 Micro Minnie 2108DS. From outer edge to outer edge of the T molding or flange on the exterior the box measures 82.25 inches. Reading Charles S. description of what amount of over hang there should be at least 2.5inch of overhang each side it would appear that I should order item LCV000168106, do I have this correct?

You're correct that you need to measure from the outside edge to outside edge of the flanges.

If your measurement from flange to flange is 82.25" then you're going to want the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 7'1" Wide - 48" Projection - Black Item # LCV000165062.

It fits slide outs with a measurement from 80"- 85".

When measuring you won't need to add an extra 2.5" to each side to the measurement to pick the awning. The bracket arms that hold the roller to the slide out are going to stick out further than flange so you're wanting to ensure there's atleast 2.5" of clearance for them on each side so they don't run into anything.
