Although a step like the # B75300 Bestop TrekStep isn't available for the Tundra, we do have options that would work great for you.

If you don't mind stepping over the tailgate, you can use a Hitch Mounted Step like part # CARR183252. The step mounts in a 2 inch receiver hitch, and features a fold down non-slip step. The step is constructed of powder coated aluminum so you won't need to worry about it rusting.

If you're wanting something that would work with the tailgate open, a hitch mounted swing away extendable step like part # HE4037 would be a good choice. The step extends out far enough that it can be sued with the tailgate lowered, as you can see in the linked video.

If you measure from the center of your hitch pin hole down 4-1/2 inches that will be where the top of the bar would be. So if your spare is less than 4-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin down this would fit around it easily.
