How To Install Ventline Old-Style Vent Cover With Continuous Hinge

Question:

How do you remove the old cover from the continuous metal hinge and how do you the new cover into the hinge frame? Also, it appears that the 52” BVD0455-01 dome seal is the correct seal replacement. I might have uploaded the same photo twice in trying to upload a 2nd photo.

I've attached one of our installation videos that covers the process, but it's extremely simple. All you'll do is untwist a tab on each side of the old hinge to allow it to slide off; then slide the new Ventline Cover # BBC0530-01 onto the hinge.
