Question:
I installed a 4pin/7pin kit on my 2018 subaru outback with flat pins. The trailer is 1995 13foot scamp with trailer brakes and looks like it needs round pin connectors. Will this part work with the items pictured?

I have another option for you, but the Hopkins Heavy-Duty, Coiled Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Way to 6-Pole Round - Center Pin Brake # HM47085 you were looking at is used to convert a 7-way blade vehicle connector to 6-way round.
Instead you will need the Pollak Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Blade Plug to 7-Pole Round Pin - Nylon # PK12727 which will plug into the 7-way connector you have installed on your 2018 Subaru Outback and then allow you to plug the 7-way round connector on your 1995 13' Scamp trailer in.
I included a video of the # PK12727 for you to take a look at.
