I contacted Brophy and determined that Item # HSAB is compatible with your 2012 Ford F-150 Raptor as long as the bed rail does not exceed a width of 5-1/2". I also recommend the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles Item # TDHP to go with the tie downs to secure the camper down.
If your rails are wider than 5-1/2" you would have to go with a frame mounted tie down. I have included a link to the page of the 3 different options for the frame mounted tie downs. Make sure, if you must go this route, to check the fit guide at the top of the page under "vehicle style".
