Does SumoSprings # SSA46 Fit 2019 Ford F-350 Dually with Overload Springs

Question:

I have a 2019 F-350 dually. Between the leaf springs and the overload spring there is a 3” spacer. I was told that super springs will not work with my vehicle because of this. Is this true? I would like to get the 3500 pound version.
