I can help you determine if the Dexter E-Z Flex system will fit your 2019 Coachmen Freedom Express, which should have tandem 3,500 lb axles, though these systems aren't designed as a specific fit for any one trailer. For a trailer with 3,500 lb tandem axles the correctly rated E-Z Flex system is the following:
- Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit - Double-Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 6,000 lbs # K71-652-00
While it says "6,000 lbs" that is just its maximum capacity (per axle), so it will absolutely work with a pair of 3,500 lb axles. Now, in regards to fit, this is designed to fit trailers that have axles with a 33 inch spacing. So pretty simply, all you need to do is measure from the center of one axle to the center of the other axle, and if that measurement is 33 inches, the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 will fit.
