I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT38MRyou were looking at as it is confirmed to fit your 2021 Dodge Durango, and fits behind the rear bumper like you mentioned you were wanting.

The # DT38MR has a 1125lb tongue weight rating and 7500lb trailer weight rating, but your Durango may not so you will want to check the owner's manual of your vehicle to confirm its towing capacity and use the lower rating between the hitch and vehicle.

To complete your towing setup you will also need a 4-way connector # 118617, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
