Looking for a tankless water heater for replacement for Atwood GC6AA-10E.

The Furrion # FR93FR installation guide says it fits into an exterior wall cut out measuring 12-3/4" wide and 12-3/4" tall, and the body extends backwards 23-1/2" min. If the Atwood you are removing is similarly sized then you should be able to use this Furrion. This model also includes the wall mounted thermostat.
The User Manual recommended, " Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency or the gas supplier." This is to ensure your safety. Working with gas and electric is no place for guess work.
