I have an option that will give you the exact tongue weight of your trailer loaded or unloaded, but there is not a formula to determine the tongue weight of your toy hauler travel trailer with something loaded.
You will want to use a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 to measure your tongue weight, and this will give you an exact measurement that you can use to make sure the hitch you select is properly rated, and that you are not overloading your vehicle.
Once you have the tongue weight of your trailer, If you can tell me the Year/Make/Model of your tow vehicle I would be happy to make a hitch recommendation for you.
I included a video of the # e99044 for you to take a look at.
