The Curt # C13295 is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Ram ProMaster 2500. You can obtain the replacement installation hardware by ordering part # RHK. Once you're on the linked product page, type 'C13295' into the provided field and choose 'Curt' from the drop-down menu.
To use the hitch for towing purposes, you'll also need a # 22112 trailer wiring harness with 7-way trailer connector or # 118618 if you only need a 4-pole trailer connector. You'll also need a ball mount like # C45010 and part # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball and a pin and clip # C45010.
The # 22112 harness allows you to install a Tekonsha brake controller like the # TK90160 Primus.
I've linked to the installation instructions and to an install video that you might find helpful.
