Spring Length for Grand Design 247BH Trailer

Question:

We are a dealer for Etrailer. We have a GD 247BH trailer which is in storage and cannot measure leaf springs. Would anyone there know the correct length of the springs for 2021 Transcend Xplor? Wed like to upgrade to the 4000 lbers. Thx

I contacted Grand Design to see if they could help. From your VIN number they reported the the spring you are using is Item number 130041 "Axle Spring for 35K Axle Dexter" and provided the attached picture. The pictured axle is marked 072-042-00, which is a 4-leaf spring, 1-3/4" wide, 25-1/4" long and rated for 1750 pounds

The etrailer # e28SR is a similar 2-eye spring that is also 1-3/4" wide X 25-1/4" long and is rated 5000 pounds per spring. Alternatively, we also have the Universal Group # e48SR, same specifications but 4000 pound rated.
